If you feel the time has come to say farewell to your pet, Peaceful Paws will be there to support you.

To help make our visit as simple and respectful as possible, Please read the following carefully:

Before requesting a visit, please make sure that you have taken the time to assess your pet's quality of life, and are happy with the choices you are making.  If you need help understanding what Home Pet Euthanasia is, please read our 'Pet Euthanasia at Home' page.

If you wish to book a visit

Please complete our online booking form below.  The form consists of several parts, covering your details, your pet's details, and giving consent for your pet to be euthanised.  If you prefer to complete a paper copy of the form, please click here to download the paper version.

We collect this information to help you and your pet during our visit, so please answer truthfully and with as much detail as possible...

    Please note: We will need a small, clean area to our clinical items onto. Ideally this will be in a room nearby, or the room where the euthanasia is taking place. If no table is available, or the euthanasia is to take place outdoors, a clean blanket or towel will be fine.
